Our work includes extensions, loft conversions, structural alterations, refurbishments and new-build homes.

We work closely with trusted trades, consultants and suppliers to ensure projects are properly coordinated from the outset, reducing delays and avoiding many of the issues that arise when information is missing or unclear.

Many clients prefer to keep everything under one roof.

In those cases, the people involved in designing the project also work alongside the team delivering it.

We carry out full renovations, from layout changes to internal rebuilds. Work is planned and sequenced so the job keeps moving.

The result

A more controlled build, fewer surprises, and a smoother project from start to finish.

This project involved opening up the rear of a house to create a single kitchen, dining and living space.

We started by resolving the layout and structure early. The rear wall was removed and replaced with structural steel to form a wide opening into the extension.

The extension was built with a flat roof and large sliding doors, bringing light across the full width of the space. Floor levels were set so the transition between old and new was seamless.

Because the design and build were handled together, key details—steel positions, roof build-up and drainage—were agreed before work started.

Once on site, the job followed a clear sequence. Structure first, then watertight, then internal works
